When you use the BulletCRM application, we store the account and CRM data you and your team enter. Our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and request times) for security and operations.

Connected Google accounts (Gmail and Calendar)

If you choose to connect a Google account, BulletCRM accesses Gmail messages and Google Calendar events for that account and syncs them into your CRM workspace so you can see email and meeting history alongside your contacts, companies and deals. This data is used only to provide and improve these user-facing CRM features. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the service, for security purposes, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. Humans do not read this data except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when it has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations. You can disconnect your Google account at any time and request deletion of synced data by contacting us.

Google API Services Limited Use disclosure

BulletCRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your CRM data

Data you store in your workspace belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, and you can export it at any time.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, DNS/CDN and form-handling providers to operate the website and service. They process data on our behalf under appropriate terms.

Retention and your rights

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
